Terms and Conditions – Noosa Bay
Article 1 – Definitions
Consumer: any natural person acting for purposes that are not predominantly related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Trader: Noosa Bay.
Article 2 – Identity of the trader
Noosa Bay is a fashion store based in the Czech Republic.

Article 3 – Scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and contracts between Noosa Bay and consumers. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Article 4 – Offer and formation of contract
The contract is formed as soon as the customer completes the order and Noosa Bay confirms it by email.
Article 5 – Prices
Prices are stated in Czech koruna (CZK) for orders from the Czech Republic and in euros (EUR) for orders from Italy.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery takes place within the Czech Republic and Italy. Orders placed before 11pm are shipped the next business day.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. Return costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
Article 8 – Return conditions
Returns are only possible if the product has not been worn, is undamaged, and is in its original packaging with all tags attached. Photos of the product must be included with the return request — without these, the request cannot be assessed.
Article 9 – Returning parcels
Parcels can only be returned after contacting us by email at info@noosabay.com.
Article 10 – Warranty
Noosa Bay guarantees that products match their description and are free from material defects.
Article 11 – Payment
We accept credit cards.
Article 12 – Liability
Noosa Bay is only liable for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Article 13 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing by email at info@noosabay.com.
Article 14 – Applicable law
Czech law applies to orders from the Czech Republic and Italian law applies to orders from Italy.
